Hallo There!

Hi there! My name is Izzy, and I decided to run this blog simply because there are so many people like me who are just curious with life, themselves and small collectible things that are pointless to most, but not to us!!!! I thought I would do a few questions and answers about who I am as a collector, my username and many other things.

1 - what am I actually doing??

Well, I love small things or objects that a person can collect - pop vinyls, momijis, tsum tsums, tokidoki figurines e.t.c - but have yet to find a blog or site that actually describes what you are getting and whether it looks nice, has a use or anything other than ‘oh yeah, it exists or whatever lol’. So... I thought I’d try and give some advice to those starting collecting and about new things I’ve personally started collecting!

2 - What is up with my blog’s name?

This is actually the name of my mother’s childhood club that she invented herself (there were no other members surprisingly!). It was sort of similar to the scouts, except it’s main mission was collecting and creating badges rather than attempting to “change the world” through cookie donations and craft fairs.

 

It is also the name of my lovely dog - just Boo Boo, not the ‘club’ bit!

 

I actually have many of the badges my mum managed to collect currently, and they are hilariously politically incorrect... so I wear them on a denim jacket.




3 - who even are you?

Er... I’m just a curious girl cross the way... no, I’m just someone who enjoys what most people enjoy, and wants to make a site to express herself as she tries to make sense of the world and life... and num noms.... why are they so addicting to buy!?!?!!
